Falmouth Farm

Have a peek at the life of a farmer's visually impaired wife and learn a little about self-sufficiency and saving a few bucks in the process. Let's face it, the economy is challenging all of us to be frugal, so we need to help one another as much as we can.

About Me

My photo
Farmer's Wife
Falmouth, Kentucky, United States
The 'burbs were getting downright scarey so I got the heck out of Dodge and moved to a peaceful hobby farm in Kentucky. I raise chickens for eggs and meat (no hate mail please), have horses and a load of kitties and a couple dogs and a few more other furry/feathered friends. With tough economic times, I've had to learn how to can my own food, make my own laundry detergent and a number of other self-sustaining skills. I'd like to share those skills and my adventures of life in the country.
