Make Your Own Seasoning Blends - Jamaican Spice Rub (Pork Rub)

Pork cooked with Jamaican Spice Rub on a plate with green leafy garnish on the side.
This is the 7th and final seasoning blend in the series.  I hope you'll find this one as easy and delicious as the previous 6 have been.  I used this rub on a pork shoulder I made in my crock pot a few weeks ago and it was the best I've ever had come out of my kitchen.  I stored the remainder of this blend in a mason jar and vacuum sealed it to keep handy in my spice cabinet for the next time.  While I do have the instructions on my computer, I think I'll print out the ingredients and tape it to the mason jar so I can refill it without having to bother looking for it.  Matter of fact, I'm gonna do that with all my blends for easy refills.

All you need is:
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
1.5 Teaspoons Allspice (ground)
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg (ground)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves (ground)
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt
