Make-Do Canning Rack
I was doing some canning the other night when I realized I needed a 2nd canner rack for a second layer of pint jars in my pressure canner. Problem was, I didn't have a 2nd rack and the wire rack I use in my water bath canner was too large to fit. Rather than beg DH to take me to Wallyworld (Walmart) to buy another rack, I enlisted the help of my son and we constructed a home made canning rack out of some mason jar rings and zip-ties. Here's what it looks like:
